Kim Cattrall

  Kim Victoria Cattrall, born 21 August 1956 was a Canadian actress from British Columbia. Her role on HBO's Sex and the City (1998–2004) is the most well-known of her roles. She has received five Emmy Award nominations and 4 Golden Globe Award nominations. In 2002, she won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010) she reprised the role.



 



 Cattrall first appeared in Rosebud (1975), but she was seen on television in different roles. In the 1980s, she rose to prominence through films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin (87), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989).
